We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, who it may be shared with and the rights available to users.
In Ireland, the digital age of consent for certain online data processing is 16. Where consent is relied upon as the legal basis for processing personal data of a child under 16, parental or guardian consent may be required.

We aim to provide reliable access to SUM but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures or device compatibility issues.

The latest version will be made available through our website or app.
Where changes materially affect existing users, we will provide notice where appropriate or required by law.
Continued use of SUM after updated Terms take effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
